Privacy notice

Account email, profile details, sessions, property drafts and selected files are stored by the application. Private property-owner details stay separate from public presentations. Only publishing makes the approved presentation content available through its unlisted link; unpublishing stops new public page and file requests.

Usage insights are optional. The viewer asks before storing a random browser identifier or sending engagement events. Declining stops measurement. No device fingerprint or visitor identity is inferred. Referrals are limited to the referring hostname and event records are retained for up to 90 days. Optional website analytics

On public marketing pages, we use Google Analytics 4 only after you allow analytics. Google receives a random analytics identifier and a fixed public page address and title. On our guides and Toronto page, we also measure presentation-creation button clicks and opening the interactive sample, using fixed content and button labels. These actions do not indicate a completed registration or sale. We do not send search parameters, account URLs, email addresses, private property information or presentation identifiers to Google Analytics. Advertising storage and personalization stay disabled. Your choice and analytics cookies last up to 30 days. Use Analytics preferences below to review or withdraw consent; declining does not affect essential login cookies. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals keep Google Analytics off. Google Analytics is separate from the optional presentation usage insights described above.

Google processes analytics data under its own privacy practices. You can read Google's privacy policy. We do not measure public presentation short links with Google Analytics in this release.

Older browser drafts remain on their original device until explicitly imported. Unsent edits may be retained in encrypted form in this browser session to support recovery. Verification and password-recovery messages are delivered through our email provider. Standard hosting and authentication security logs may be generated. The application uses private server storage and encrypted recovery backups.
